1. Sprouted Brown Rice Protein
Sprouted brown rice protein provides one of the two plant protein sources in Sacred Strength.
Brown rice naturally contains protein along with carbohydrates and other nutrients. Protein processing concentrates the protein portion of the grain.
Its relatively mild flavor also makes brown rice protein useful in smoothies and powdered nutrition formulas.
2. Hemp Heart Protein
Hemp heart protein provides the second plant protein source.
These seeds naturally contain protein, fats, minerals, and other nutrients.
Together, brown rice and hemp create the plant protein foundation of Sacred Strength. The current formula lists both as concentrated protein ingredients.
3. Ashwagandha Root
Ashwagandha has a long history in Ayurvedic tradition and remains one of the most familiar adaptogenic herbs today.
Researchers have studied some ashwagandha preparations in areas such as stress and sleep. However, results depend on the specific preparation and amount.
Therefore, Sacred Strength includes ashwagandha as part of a broader adaptogen formula rather than presenting it as a treatment for stress, adrenal disorders, or hormone conditions.
Ashwagandha also has important safety considerations involving pregnancy, thyroid and autoimmune disorders, surgery, and some medications.
4. Rhodiola Root
Rhodiola grows naturally in cold and mountainous regions.
It has a long history in herbal traditions throughout parts of Europe and Asia. Today, it commonly appears in adaptogen formulas.
Current evidence does not establish rhodiola as a treatment for a specific medical condition. In Sacred Strength, it complements ashwagandha, maca, and the other botanical ingredients.
5. Maca Root
Maca comes from the high Andes of Peru.
People have used the root as a food for generations. Today, maca also appears frequently in plant-based and adaptogen-focused products.
Its earthy, slightly malty character works naturally with the other roots in Sacred Strength.
6. Turmeric Root
Turmeric is a golden-colored rhizome related to ginger.
People have used it for generations as both a culinary spice and traditional botanical.
Turmeric naturally contains compounds called curcuminoids. However, Sacred Strength uses whole turmeric as one component of its complete root blend rather than positioning turmeric as a disease treatment.
7. Ginger Root
Ginger belongs to the same botanical family as turmeric.
Its familiar warm flavor appears in foods and traditional botanical preparations around the world.
In Sacred Strength, ginger also helps balance the earthy flavor of the other roots and mushrooms.
8. Burdock Root
Burdock is both an edible root and a traditional botanical.
People eat burdock in several cultures, particularly in parts of Asia.
Rather than describing burdock as a blood cleanser or detoxifier, it is more accurate to recognize it as another whole-root ingredient in Sacred Strength.
9. Beet
Beet provides a familiar plant-food ingredient.
Its naturally earthy character pairs well with roots and mushrooms. In addition, beets contain the pigments responsible for their distinctive deep red color.
Sacred Strength uses beet alongside its broader blend of traditional roots.
10. Five Functional Mushrooms
Sacred Strength contains:
- Cordyceps
- Reishi
- Chaga
- Lion's mane
- Fu ling poria
People have used mushrooms as foods and traditional wellness ingredients for generations.
Instead of calling them “medicinal mushrooms” or promising immune or disease benefits, it is more accurate to describe them as functional mushroom ingredients within the complete formula.
11. Fruit Ingredients
Sacred Strength contains:
- Acerola cherry
- Camu camu
- Lucuma
- Goji berry
- Date
- Monk fruit
Each fruit contributes a different flavor or plant profile.
Dates and lucuma help balance the roots and mushrooms. Meanwhile, monk fruit adds sweetness.
Acerola and camu camu are also naturally known for their vitamin C content.
12. Cinnamon and Sea Salt
Cinnamon adds warmth to Sacred Strength and works particularly well with maca, ginger, and the fruit ingredients.
Orsa sea salt helps balance the overall flavor.
Together, these ingredients make the earthy root and mushroom formula easier to blend into smoothies and drinks.
13. Shilajit
Shilajit is a naturally occurring substance traditionally collected from mountainous regions of Asia.
It has a long history in Ayurvedic wellness traditions.
Because shilajit differs from the roots, mushrooms, and fruits in Sacred Strength, it adds another type of traditional ingredient to the formula.
Quality and purity are particularly important with shilajit because products from different sources can vary.
14. Probiotic Blend
Sacred Strength contains eight probiotic microorganisms:
- B. coagulans
- L. rhamnosus
- L. casei
- L. acidophilus
- L. plantarum
- B. bifidum
- L. bulgaricus
- B. breve
Probiotics are live microorganisms used in foods and supplements.
However, their characteristics depend on species, strain, and amount. Therefore, broad claims about immunity, digestion, allergies, inflammation, or disease should not automatically apply to the Sacred Strength probiotic blend.
How the Sacred Strength Ingredients Work Together
Sacred Strength combines several ingredient groups:
- Two plant proteins
- Adaptogenic roots
- Traditional botanicals
- Five functional mushrooms
- Six fruit ingredients
- Shilajit
- Probiotics
- Cinnamon and sea salt
Brown rice and hemp provide the protein foundation. Meanwhile, ashwagandha, rhodiola, and maca form the core adaptogen group.
Turmeric, ginger, burdock, and beet add more plant variety. The mushrooms and fruits broaden the formula further, while probiotics and shilajit add two additional components.
As a result, Sacred Strength provides a much broader ingredient profile than a basic plant protein powder.
