With the suffix “Ki”, Amalaki means “That which makes you pure, clean and shining.”

Acerola is a shrub or small tree that produces bright red, tart tasting cherries and small pink and white flowers. Acerola cherries are originally from Yucatán, and found growing in sub-tropical regions of South America, southern Mexico, and Central America. Acerola cherries are one of the richest sources of natural vitamin C in the world. In addition, they contain bioflavonoids, such as rutin, to optimize the body’s uptake and use of vitamin C. Health Properties:
Baobab fruit contains antioxidants, fiber, and essential vitamins and minerals, including iron, magnesium, potassium, B vitamins, and vitamin C. It is also a rare plant source of calcium. more slowly. Soluble fiber helps maintain healthy digestion, control diabetes, and lower LDL (“bad”) cholesterol.
