Which Concentration of Hemp Oil should I be using?
This depends on a number of factors:

Love this topically and internally
I hate to use hype phrases like I couldn’t live without this but it’s pretty close to how I feel given how wonderful it is for my nervous system every afternoon to calm down and completely avoid alcohol in the afternoons and evenings. But the biggest surprise has been how good it is to put on anything on my skin that’s out of the ordinary from pre-cancerous looking things to mild sunburn on my nose and face !

Best I've Ever Had!
I feel the same way about this product as I do Sarvaa's other liquid CBD...but I go for this one when my body is asking for a stronger dose. I prefer this one about an hour before bed. Half a dropper is enough to make me sleep so peacefully and wake up rested without any grogginess. These products are so beautiful, clean, thoughtfully and ethically made...and although I didn't know about Spagyric extraction until I "met" these products...I am totally in agreement that it is the best way to go. And Sarvaa Superfood is a company I already know, love, trust and respect, so I am absolutely elated that I can switch my former CBD products over to these--which are far superior. My body loooves these so much, and I hope others have felt all the good feelings I have, too!

So soothing
I'm sleeping better and my nervous system is definitely getting healthier using this vs the other brands I've gotten. And this is the only one that doesn't do that weird thing in my throat after I swallow it.

Full Spectrum CBD Oil
I've used three different brands of CBD oil. The Sarvaa brand is by far the best tasting of the three. I use CBD oil twice a day, morning and evening. My mood has improved. I have a better disposition throughout the day, I fall asleep more easily, and I sleep more soundly. I notice if I take a dose close to bedtime, I awake in the morning somewhat groggy so I take my second dose of the day around dinner time and that seems to work well.

I'm quite impressed with the quality and price. I didn't know about Spagyric Extracted CBD, but now I'm a big fan. This blows away the 3 others I've been taking.
